Product working principle and use:
\nQ41N Forged steel flange type high pressure ball valve closure ball around the center line of the valve body for rotation to achieve the opening and closing of a valve, the seal is embedded in the stainless steel seat, the metal seat with a spring at the end, when the sealing surface wear or burn, under the action of the spring to push the seat and the ball to form a metal seal. It has a unique automatic pressure relief function, when the pressure of the medium in the valve cavity exceeds the spring preload force, the outlet end of the valve seat is withdrawn from the ball, to achieve automatic pressure relief effect, and the valve seat automatically returns after pressure relief, suitable for water, solvent, acid and natural gas and other general working media, but also suitable for poor working conditions of the media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc. It has been well applied in various industries.
